Draft Constitution - Contetious Issues

Listening to the NTV debate on the Proposed new Constitution, especially on the abortion clause, I’m left in more dilemma. In the debate room all the contending parties were well represented with expert defense of their stance; the reason they are voting either YES or NO. In the opposing side strange bedfellows are propagating the NO campaign with vested interest and pure intention properly represented. I love listening to Reuben Kigame and his take on issues, he did not disappoint tonight. The clergy made no mistake to send one of Kenya’s finest interpreters of the Word; to say the least, his ‘apology’ on abortion leaves me challenged for the remaining six days. It is enough to say he is one of the few people opposed to the draft Constitution with genuine cause. I am now persuaded that no amount of debate and/or analysis can adequately and conclusively handle this topic. Here at play is Logic verses the Bible. While logic advocates kill the child and save the mother, the Bible states
